Böhler-Uddeholm Thermo-Tech is a vacuum thermal processor located in Mississauga, Ontario.  We specialize in heat treating components and materials for the tool, die and mould, automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, mining, and medical industries.

Thermo-Tech offers a complete range of vacuum thermal processing services. Our furnaces are equipped with automatic process controls and instrumentation to deliver optimal heat treatment quality.  

The facility is ISO 9001:2000, AS9100-B, and Nadcap certified - one of only a few vacuum heat treatment shops in North America with this distinction. We also offer customers assistance in material selection and application-related concerns by an experienced metallurgical staff.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a standard delivery and collection schedule to assist in your planning. For your convenience, heat treatment packages are offered including freight arrangements that cover all of North America.
